- 1/2 cup wheat bran
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix well and cook pancakes on medium heat that’s been sprayed with coconut oil. Cook on each side for 4 minutes. I made three separate pancakes, but you can make two larger ones. This recipe is one serving. Serve with fruit or topping of choice!
