Mexican Beans & Rice

Beans and rice, the perfect accompaniment for TACOS! Serve with the tacos, on a salad, or wrap in a burrito – you are good to go!

Here is what you need:

Cook 1/2 cup of rice according to the directions. When you first add the water to the pot, add a few sprinkles of the following seasoning: salt, white pepper, onion powder, oregano, cumin, chili powder.

After the rice is cooked, add black beans that have been drained and rinsed, to the rice, mix and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy with your tacos!
