Almond Flour Tenders


  • 2 packages of chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp each of: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp dried chives

Mix the above seasonings with the flour until combined. Next, toss the tenders by dredging them in the flour. Place on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Spray the tops of the tenders with cooking oil.

Place chicken in a 400-degree oven for 15 minutes, then flip. Cook for another 15 minutes and enjoy!

If serving to baby, dice them up in small chunks like here. Or hand them one and see what they do with it, but always supervise!
