The workplace can be filled with sweet temptations, including loads of sugar and artificial sweetener packets lurking by the coffee machine.
Aside from keeping healthy snacks on hand at the office, I also keep natural agave syrup in my desk drawer. I use the agave to sweeten coffee, tea, and even oatmeal.
Don’t get me wrong, there is sugar in agave, but it’s natural. Artificial sweeteners are something I had to give up. They are loaded with chemicals and cause bloat, and in some cases prevent weight loss.
Take it from me, the girl with the [biggest] sweet tooth, agave is the way to go!
